The design celebrates authentic features, such as graceful basket-handle archways and walls finished with smooth, hand-trowelled plaster. These elements are complemented by forged iron handles and organic forms, which create a beautiful, tactile contrast with the sleek, continuous poured floor.

Drawing inspiration from the expansive landscapes of Sint-Truiden, the colour palette combines a light, pure base with earthy accents of ochre and rich brown tones. The result is a home that feels both deeply grounded and effortlessly serene—a perfect synthesis of heritage and contemporary living. “
